We are located in Andheri West, Mumbai but we ship pan-India and Globally as well.

I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?
It might so happen that we discontinue certain pieces or relocate it to some other page. However, we specialise in custom orders and you can always order any item from our collection or use our customize page and upload a picture of any jewellery that you want made and we shall deliver the same. How much does it cost me to have a Hrish Parikh product delivered to my home?
Hrish Parikh Jewellery provides free shipping on all items within India. The shipping charges for our international customers are charged at the time of order booking or shipping.

Can I fast-track my order?
Our usual dispatch time is 10-15 working days, but should you have an urgent requirement or need delivery prior to that, feel free to contact us at +91-7021223343 after or before placing the order and our team will try our best to accommodate your request depending on the item ordered.

When will my Hrish Parikh product reach me?
Our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We aim to dispatch all orders within 10 - 15 working days, if there is a delay, we will let you know. Our general shipping time is 1-5 business days, depending on location.

How will the delivery be done?
We work with internationally trusted logistic partners who specialize in shipping fine jewellery like Bluedart or specialized jewellery couriers. You will always receive your order in a Hrish Parikh Jewellery branded tamper proof packaging. In case you believe your package has been tampered, please don’t accept the same. For our International customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered via UPS or similar international couriers.

How safe is my product and is it insured?
Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Can the shipping address be changed or updated after I have placed an order?
Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our team via email support@hrishparikh.com. For orders that are already dispatched, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.

Unfortunately, since our products are custom manufactured on order basis we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or updation requests post 24 hours from your order placement. Are your prices inclusive of GST?
Yes they are ! All prices mentioned on our product pages are inclusive of GST, however in the detail break up we have shown the tax amount for your reference.

What are the various forms of payment which are accepted?
For Online payment, we accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI & internet banking through our online payment gateway. NEFT/RTGS bank transfers are also possible. Is customization of pieces possible?
We specialize in customisation. We would love to give you an exclusive personal touch to your product! We can adjust any of our pieces to your preferred gold colour and sizes – you can browse the options on the product page. Changing or tweaking of existing designs is also possible and we love to do them. We can also make fully customized one of a kind pieces for you. Please get in touch with us for the same.

What are the various possibilities in engraving?
Please email us at support@hrishparikh.com with your order number after it has been placed and your request. We will try our best to accommodate the engraving request. You can add a personal touch to most of our rings, including uppercase and lowercase letters as well as any typed symbols! Character limits are as follows: Classic Rings: Upto 3 characters We use Times New Roman for all our engravings. Our engravers will choose the most suitable place for your inscription.

Do you offer jewellery in different gold karatage?
All of Hrish Parikh jewellery is made in 18karat or 14karat only. You can choose your preference on all our products while placing your order.

Can I customize the diamond quality?
Yes you can. We use the best within your budget and that is why we offer a variety of quality and colour options in diamonds. We want the fire and brilliance in your diamonds to remain forever hence we try to offer the best available quality within your budget. We also are one of the few online retailers to offer a choice between Natural & Labgrown diamonds to suit your particular needs on all our SKUs(designs).

What happens if there’s a gold weight difference in the delivered product vs the advertised or displayed product?
Since all our products are customized and custom manufactured upon order, we charge the gold at actual. Meaning if there is a difference in gold value the difference will either be refunded or charged additionally at the time of delivery.

We deal in only Certified products. Yes, all diamonds used by Hrish Parikh are certified for quality and authenticity by renowned gemological laboratories such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) and IGI (International Gemological Institute). Our certifications guarantee the quality and authenticity of our diamonds.

Where can i find my Hrish Parikh account?
Hrish Parikh Account can be accessed once you Sign up or Log in. You can also sign in using your Google or Facebook account. This will enable you to stay up to date on the status of your order(s), view your order history and wish list. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

Is Hrish Parikh credit transferable to another account?
We regret to inform you that you are unable to transfer your credit from one Hrish Parikh account to another. Only the account holder can access and use the credit.

All Hrish Parikh products are designed and manufactured in India.

We only deal in real gold products, 18 & 14kt.

Where are the diamonds sourced from?
We have the best source for diamonds and all our diamonds are sorted and graded for its consistency and later the final product is certified by a third party laboratory like IGI, SGL, IDT for its authenticity.

Do you provide a certificate of authenticity?
You can rely on us that each piece comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity . Your diamond jewellery comes with a certification from IGI, SGL or IDT for its authenticity of the diamonds and BIS hallmarked for the purity of gold.

What is the quality of your stones?
We use both Natural as well as Lab Grown diamonds depending on your selection. We provide certified jewellery in both cases.

Do you give a jewellery piece with Natural & Labgrown diamonds in the same item?
No! It is either STRICTLY made in Natural diamonds or in Labgrown diamonds. Mixing the two qualities is not possible or advisable.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
When our pieces are not worn, we recommend storing them separately in a lined box provided or in a soft pouch, so that they don’t rub together or become tangled. This helps prevent scratching and maintains color. You can avoid applying scents, lotions and sprays near to your jewellery, alternatively it is advisable to put your jewellery on last or before heading out.

How do I clean my jewellery?
To retain the luster of your jewelry, soak the piece in warm water with a few drops of liquid soap.You can use a soft brush to clean and then pat dry with a dry cloth. Take care to use warm water only to clean your gold and diamond jewellery.

How can you afford to sell so cheaply compared to others?
The product comes to you straight from the factory, thus cutting down on the margins of the middlemen. We have the best source for diamonds, we design and contract manufacture our own jewellery while other jewellers have to manage and get from wholesalers and manufacturers.

All of Hrish Parikh jewellery is made in either 18Karat or 14Karat as per customer's choice.

What is the Material of Evil eye ?
The evil eye is made using the white mother of pearl, Turquoise & black onyx.

What type of enamel is used?
Enamel in multiple colour options is available.

Is the enamel skin friendly/child safe?
Yes absolutely.

Can I wear the enamel product every day/ Water/ Scratches?
Yes absolutely you can wear it daily provided you can keep it away from detergents, chlorine, perfume, soap, shampoo, ultrasonic and liquid jewellery cleaners. Enamel used in Hrish Parikh Jewellery is handmade and delicate, it can chip and fade in color, so handle your jewellery with care.

We have our office in Mumbai. We sell only thru e-commerce website currently and you can visit us at our office for in person meetings by appointment only.

Certified Jewellery
Our diamond jewellery comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity from IGI, SGL or IDT and the certificate can be viewed on their official website too. All our jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) and hallmarked for the purity of gold.

BIS Hallmarked Gold
All our jewellery conforms to a set of standards laid by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). Each piece is certified / hallmarked and the HUID is mentioned on the item. Hallmark Unique Identification (HUID) number is a six digit Alphanumeric code consisting of numbers and letters. HUID will be given to every piece of jewellery at the time of hallmarking and it is unique for every piece of jewellery. The jewellery is stamped with the unique number manually at the Assaying & Hallmarking centre. The HUID is visible online on the BIS portal (App name -BIS care)

Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and Hrish Parikh does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.

What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?
We offer complimentary ring resizing within 30 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size once. Beyond 30 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.

What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box!

Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?
Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else. Having someone else work on a piece also voids all our support for the product, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.
