Cancellation, Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy
A. CANCELLATION POLICY
www.hrishparikh.com deals with customized jewellery made upon customer order, hence it is not possible for us to cancel or alter the orders that are once placed. However, we give our customers the right to cancel or alter their orders within the first 24 hours of purchase by intimating us as soon as possible at a charge of 2.5% (Shopify transaction fees). On orders above Rs. 2,00,000/- value a 10% deduction might be applicable in certain cases and the difference would be refunded. Please note that after a 24hr period orders once placed cannot be canceled under any circumstances and the customer will have to accept delivery of the same at any cost.
The cancellation of orders paid through digital wallets or online vouchers, or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will only be credited to Hrish Parikh Jewellery Wallet and can be used for future purchases.
www.hrishparikh.com may, at its absolute discretion, ask the Customer to pay as an advance at the time of placing the order a percentage of the value of the transaction. The consumer shall pay the balance of the order at the time of delivery of the goods. Failure to pay the balance at the time of delivery of the goods shall be considered as cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the advance given.
www.hrishparikh.com may, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel any particular order. Some conditions that may result in your order being cancelled or rejected are (i) small quantities available for purchase; and (ii) incomplete or inaccurate product or pricing details. Additional verifications or details can also be needed before any order is approved.
B. REFUND POLICY
www.hrishparikh.com deals with customized jewellery made upon customer order, hence it is not possible for us to refund the orders that are once placed or delivered. However, for defective items delivered we are always there for support and replacement should it be deemed necessary by our management. Part payments received against customized jewellery are not refunded.
In special cases where the refunds are mandated the following rules apply:
All refunds shall be made by means of an electronic bank transfer to the customer's bank account within 10 days of receipt of the items. If the mode of payment is through electronic debit / credit card / net banking, the refund will be processed by reversing the previous transaction.
The cancellation of orders paid through digital wallets or online vouchers, or gift cards will not be refunded to your bank account. It will only be credited to Hrish Parikh Jewellery Wallet and can be used for future purchases.
In the case of refunds the refund shall be subject to quality review by our professional quality control department and verification of product records such as insurance certificates, original invoices, and product certificates.

- Its original Packaging in sellable condition with no scratches, wear and tear, damage or alteration.
- The tag should not be removed.
- Original certificate if any.
- Original Invoice Copy
- Promotional material (if any)
- The Refund amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid provided all the above conditions in point (1) is fulfilled. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used / applied during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
- On inspection of the product by the company and if found that the product returned is scratched, damaged, having signs of wear and tear or altered and/or any of the conditions in point (1) is not fulfilled then the company can deduct an amount or reserves the right to refuse a refund for such scratches, damages, wear and tear or alteration to the product.
- For hygiene and other reasons, we shall be unable to accept returns of any altered or used products. If any of the tag from the product has been removed, we shall be unable to accept returns.
- Under no circumstances are any International orders eligible for any kind of Refund or Return i.e. orders that are shipped to any other country from India.
C. Return Policy
At Hrish Parikh Jewellery or www.hrishparikh.com, we deal with customized jewellery made upon customer order, hence it is not possible for us to offer or accept any returns on the orders placed with us or delivered by us.
If for any reason arising because of technical and manufacturing defects simply return the product/s within 7 days for an exchange or repair after is deemed necessary to do so by our management or customer service team. We shall arrange the fully insured return pickup from you at no additional charge to our customer and shall resend a new/repaired/modified piece to you at no additional delivery charge as well.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Instructions for return packaging:
- Step1: Obtain the Return Shipping Authorization Code: Mail us at hrishparikhjewellery@gmail.com to obtain a return shipping authorization code.
- Step2: Pack the item(s) securely.
- Step3: Shipment should be sealed and packed before handing it to the courier. Only return invoices for shipping purposes to be kept outside.
- Step4: It is very important that you include all of the original packaging and accompanying materials with your return, including the certificate if any and the original packing slip.
- Step5: Once your package is ready, just call our customer care team and we will send a courier to pick it up.
- Step6: Please take a video while packing & sealing the bag for your reference and safety.
We reserve the right to modify this 7 Days Return Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Your continued use of our website indicates your consent to the Return Policy then posted.
D. Exchange Policy
We do not facilitate product exchanges for items purchased from our Website.
