Return and Exchange Policy
Hrish Parikh is dedicated to ensuring complete customer satisfaction regarding the products offered on our website, as well as providing security and customer support. However, if you are dissatisfied with a product, you have the option to initiate a return.
Note: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective. In such cases, the defective product must be returned unused and in its original packaging, along with the invoice, for a refund. Any defect should be reported within 7 days of receiving the product by contacting us via phone or email.
7-Day Return Policy for Domestic Orders Only
If the delivered order is damaged or unsatisfactory, you may return the product unused and in its original packaging along with the invoice to receive a refund. Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address within India.
Return Charges
For domestic orders, our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address within India at no shipping cost to the customer.
How to Initiate the Refund Process?
- Contact Hrish Parikh's customer support or send a written request within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Wait for confirmation from Hrish Parikh via email before returning the product.
- Ensure all products are returned in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
- Include the invoice/guarantee card in the package for the return process. Returns without these documents will not be processed.
Note: Requests made after 7 days from the receipt of the product will not be entertained.
Refund Process:
We will initiate the refund process upon receiving the unused product in its original packaging with tags and invoice. The refund will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the transaction. For orders where the original payment method is no longer valid, refunds will be issued by cheque.
For online payments, refunds will be processed within 7-15 working days from the receipt of the returned product(s) at Hrish Parikh's warehouse.
Domestic Orders:
For domestic orders (shipped within India), a 100% refund will be provided.
International Orders:
We do not offer a refund policy for international orders except under the following circumstances, at the sole discretion of Hrish Parikh:
- Return of defective products post-inspection and approval by our quality assurance team.
- Refund due to the logistic partner's inability to deliver the product despite repeated efforts, with deductions for incurred expenses.
Jewelry Exchange:
We do not allow the exchange of jewelry products due to price differentials resulting from variations in weight and pricing based on current market rates of precious metals and gems.
Cancellation or return of damaged products will be refunded directly to your account or by cheque.
Prices on our website are subject to change without notice, and customers will be charged the listed price on the day of purchase.
Exchange:
We do not facilitate product exchanges for items purchased from our website.
